Over the boundary is here to support your journey from practising in the UK to your perfect life in Canada.
From immigration process and resource guidance, to passing exams and being eligible to work as a family physician through finding your perfect primary care clinic and settling into life as an expat, your dedicated point of contact is only a phone call or a message away. Once you’ve gotten into the swing of things Dr. Sonal is on hand to support you with managing your billings and ensuring all promised made, are being lived up to!
We currently are working with and searching for the perfect fit doctors for 3 South Ontario based family practice clinics.
The first is in Toronto; a downtown clinic which is currently run as a FHO clinic. There currently is a huge demand for basic primary care in the area, with a constant stream of walk-in patients alongside regular registered patients.
The second is in Brampton; a community clinic with a diverse patient cohort requiring regular long term care, where you can get to know your patients and care for them as a traditional GP.
The third is in Barrie – the newest of the three. Patients are driving for up to an hour just to see a primary care doctor. With a mix of in-person and virtual/ telemedicine hours, you can serve a wide range of patients based on your preference.
Immigration Guidance
The attached pharmacies at each clinic are not licensed to prescribe opiods by choice. As a result, the patients at each clinic are not seeking support for long term drug addiction, presenting an additional level of comfort and security for our practising doctors who may not be experienced in this domain.
Over The Boundary only works with trusted, independently run and pre-vetted clinics, leaving you the freedom of choice towards your ideal working life. We are progressing talks with new clinics almost daily and more clinics will be added once Dr. Sonal has worked within and fully vetted their practice.
